#SKYRIM WHERE TO STORE ITEMS HOW TO#
I'm most definitely going to remove the stuff in my Kajhiit's storage chest.Īnyone know how to get a house in Riften? What's required? I could at least buy one in riften for my kitty.ĭamn, that's depressing. These are chests that you can acquire through different means, buying them with. *sighs* I guess I should go take it out to be on the safe side. You can only store items that are non-furnishings in so-called Storage chests.

Right now for my redguard warrior, I had the warrior marry that girl that wants to buy the tavern in whiterun, and I'm just storing a bunch of stuff in her place. I just don't care about that with these characters, so I'd rather avoid it. Getting the Breezehome house is within my abilities for both, but it also sets off dragon's flying all around and me absorbing souls every time I can't avoid one. I just want to play a Khajiit thief and a Redguard warrior. Problem is I'm not interested in them being 'the dragon born. I have personally stored items in my apprentice quarters in the College of Winterhold without problems, however others have had stuff go missing from there, so be careful. So I started two characters, and made it a point to play through the companion quests and the thieves guild quests. Places you can safely store your items include any houses you buy, your companion (s), and your horse. The problem with the house, is, I'm playing two characters in the wake of me realizing my strategy of playing my main character (a mage) through the main quest line first, has gone horribly bad, since I can't finish the current plot with my character.
